Training and curriculum
development professional with more than 20 years' experience in instructional
design, development and delivery, Kathy Visser has a strong technical background
in end-user computer applications with expert knowledge in all levels and
versions of the Microsoft Office Suite. Training computer applications
programs since 1995, coupled with Help Desk experience in troubleshooting and
problem-solving difficult application issues, Kathy employs this wealth of technical knowledge in her classroom and individual
training sessions and has attained Microsoft Expert Certification (MOUS) in both
Excel and Word.
In January 2002, Ms.
Visser began her own software and computer training company, Blue Horizon
Training Services, offering beginning to advanced instructor-led classroom
training and individual personalized workstation training in the most popular
and widely-used Office programs, such as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Access, Visio and Outlook. BHTS also offers
document troubleshooting, custom curriculum design and development, and help
with your proprietary program training.
